GY It has a useful effect of fertilizing, collecting, and giving resistance to destruction, but I have a strong feeling that it doesn't reach the itchy cousin.
As already said, Lilo often mixes other categories into the top judgment. There are many things I rely on other than Lilo for the final stage. For collection purposes, reincarnation is more convenient because it doesn't limit the hand cost or collection target, even though it's a single use.

Konami gave me a new Lilo card for the first time in a while.
